Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

This page explains which data is processed when you visit this website. Each of my apps has its own privacy policy on the app’s page.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, referrer. This serves secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with ALL-INKL.

3. No cookies, local fonts

This website sets no cookies. Fonts are loaded from my own server, not from Google or other providers. Only if you close the “Also available in English” notice does your browser remember that locally (localStorage); this never leaves your device.

4. Analytics with TelemetryDeck

To see how many people visit which pages, I use TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany). No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. The page visited, referrer, browser, operating system, screen size and language are transmitted along with an anonymised identifier that cannot be traced back to you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in privacy-friendly statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More: telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

5. Waitlist and email news (Brevo)

If you join a waitlist, I process your email address, the chosen list and your language to send you the emails you asked for. I use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) for this. A data processing agreement is in place with Brevo.

Sign-up uses double opt-in: you first receive an email with a confirmation link, and you are only added after clicking it. Brevo logs the time of sign-up and confirmation and the IP address so that I can prove your consent.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing me. Your data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

To prevent abuse, my server counts sign-up attempts per IP address. The IP address is stored only in salted, hashed form, disregarded after ten minutes and deleted with the next sign-up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just email me. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
